Jewelry by Diane Irvin
Diane has been drawing since she was a child and one of her favorite subjects has always been cats. She has become fond of the Japanese Lucky Cat, and the Maneki Neko. You will see them appear often in her artwork. She also enjoys portraying pink poodles and pugs on occasion as well as symbolic creatures such as fetish and mythical animals.
Diane has a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree from Oregon State University and a degree in Graphic Design from Lane Community College. She has worked in both the graphic arts and publishing fields for the past several years. Diane edited and published an entertainment paper on the Oregon coast called The Whole Shebang from 1996 to 2004. She is happy to now have the opportunity to create original artwork and jewelry.
